Frequently Asked Questions
Are you open yet?
We are back open on the 10th of September! See the main page for our new timetable and pricing.
Can I book a session?
We are no longer taking bookings for sessions. Just show up at the park, sign in and then your good to go!
When are your beginners sessions?
We are now back running our regular beginner sessions. These take place 11am - 1pm on Saturday, for scooters and skateboards, and 4pm - 7pm on Mondays for skateboard only. Members of staff will be on hand to offer tips on tricks in the park during these sessions!
Can I book a party?
We are now taking bookings for private hire and parties at Exist skatepark.
Parties are available to book between 5pm and 8pm on Saturdays and 1pm and 3pm on Sundays. Other slots may be available depending on staff availability and demand so if these times don’t work for you don’t hesitate to contact us with another date or time.
All parties offer exclusive and private use of the park for your party, as well as scooters, skateboards and safety equipment. Unlimited squash is provided, and private use of our café area is also included if you’d like to bring your own birthday cake and party food.
Birthday parties and private hire are priced at £10 per person for 1 hour with a minimum of 10 participants or £15 per person for 2 hours with a minimum of 10 participants.
Please get in touch with your preferred date and time as well as the number of participants for the booking.
Can I hire equipment?
No, when you attend the park it is important that you remember to bring your own helmets, pads and scooters or skateboards. We cannot hire out shared equipment.
Are there any jobs going?
Not at the moment. When a vacancy becomes available, we will advertise it on our social media.
Can I watch/spectate without taking part?
Yes, we have a comfortable seating area in the café as well as a raised viewing platform in the park itself.
Where can I park?
We have limited spaces on our forecourt. However, as we are based in Swansea city centre, there are lots of options nearby including the NCP and council car parks.
Is my membership still valid?
At this moment, we are unable to carry over memberships due to the financial implications already caused by the pandemic. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause.
